Thrush Big Chief side pipes, first ones I've ever seen in person, and they're on a VW kombi! (front engine exhaust pipes on a rear engine VW??)

The cool all VW spring festival at Bob Baker had a LOT of type 2's (micro busses/ kombi -what is the right term?)

I'm starting this post with a comparison of the small differences between these, and the easiest one to see was the radio antenna... the above is the only one I've seen in the middle of the VW sign
